Back by popular demand. . . or is it just me who enjoys this fun filled relaxing day in the sun enjoying the ocean breeze and the incredible view at Brenton Point. The Newport Kite Festival is scheduled and gosh be darn, so is our picnic. Watch professional stunt kite competitions and demonstrations and view super large kites, unusual kites, silly kites and everything in between. We generally have some bocci and/or croquet competitions going on and of course, in true SIMO style, plenty of food, Feel free to join anytime during the day that you can. I will be organizing a food list as we get closer to the event.
